Removing the `rawHeader` access by the `DFA` improves performance.
Tests are added to verify that `MutableMessageBuilderFactory` does
what it purports to, and that the `MutableMessageHeaders` is now
applied, permitting updates to individual headers.

change `@since` to correct/probable release version
