* Add `@SuppressWarnings("serial")` for the `RequestMessageHolder`
* Use non-caching JMS CF for the Inbound endpoints in the `JmsTests`
* Make `AsyncGatewayTests extends ActiveMQMultiContextTests` to keep
embedded broker opened in between test methods
