* Upgrade to AssertJ 2.6
* Upgrade to Gradle 3.3
* Upgrade to spring-io-plugin 0.0.6
* Upgrade to JaCoCo 0.7.8
* Upgrade to SF 4.3.5
* Short polishing in `build.gradle` for redundant dependencies
* Move `MessagingMessageListenerAdapterTests` to the proper package

Mostly just upgrade.
Looks like AssertJ `2.5` just has binary incompatibility with `2.6.
Tested against IO `Brussels` without any problems
