963232f9a9 LDAP-337 - Enable Java 8 build. 
Fixed various JavaDoc errors that would otherwise cause the build to fail with JDK 8.
Upgraded Jacoco Plugin Version to support Java 8.
Increased heap to javadoc task to speed up doc generation.

The build now works fine with Java 7 and Java 8.

b271b1fd66 LDAP-328: DirtiesContext for Integration Tests that have Order issues 
The upgrade to JUnit 4.11 has revealed some integration tests whose
success was dependant on them being run in a particular order. To
overcome this the classes containing these tests have been marked
with @DirtiesContext configured to renew the application context after
each test method.

340a88da4c LDAP-321: ContextSourceTransactionManager overrides isExistingTransaction 
PreviouslyIllegalStateException: No value for key PoolingContextSource
would be thrown.

This is now fixed since isExistingTransaction is now provided.

- Made sure Main-Class is specified in odm jar
- Fixed source inclusions/exclusions for idea and eclipse plugins
- Made sure idea and eclipse plugins depend on javacc task
- Removed pom files from build.

Now cleaning up in DataSource and Hibernate transaction managers in doBegin if failing to create LDAP transaction.

BaseLdapPathBeanPostProcessor now implements Ordered.
Integration test from original issue comments to verify that the change fixes the problem.

8b350a874d Convert to Gradle 
This commit converts the build to a Gradle based build. It also setup sonar
integration at https://sonar.springsource.org/dashboard/index/11620

Currently tests in the samples fail on the CI server and are disabled. The
tests were not enabled for the maven based build either.
