SPRNET-1237: TemplateNamespaceParser cleanup: extends ObjectsNamespaceParser instead of AbstractSingleObjectDefinitionParser to gain access to dictionary parsing. Made SelectNodes method in ObjectsNamespaceParser virtual to allow extending classes to override this method (provides ability to parse nested definitions from the objects namespace, e.g., objectMap, in other namespaces by adding the objects default namespace to the bound XmlNamespaceManager)
