Chris Bono cfcb0df247 Fix antora failure due to fast-xml-parser/lib/fxp.cjs ...

This updates several depenedencies used by Antora and locks the
version of `fast-xml-parser` to `4.5.2` to get around issue with
Antora using `latest` version of that lib.
