This commit applies the following changes:

* Added local Content-Security-Policy with script-src nonce directive
* Removed form-redirect.js and associated changes
* Renamed to FormPostRedirectStrategy
* Removed HtmlUtils usage
* Moved to same package as DefaultRedirectStrategy
