The OpaqueTokenAuthenticationProvider now propagates the cause of
introspection exceptions in the same way that the reactive
OpaqueTokenReactiveAuthenticationManager does.

Fixed a final field warning on both OpaqueTokenAuthenticationProvider
and OpaqueTokenReactiveAuthenticationManager.
