Vedran Pavic 3cc3784313 Remove deprecations ...

This commit removes `SessionMessageListener` and `CookieHttpSessionStrategy#setCookieName` which both were deprecated since `1.1.0`, and `SessionEntryListener` which was deprecated since `1.3.0`.
