- BaseComponentContext has new field terminalWidth.
- StringToStyleExpressionRenderer contains new format
  for "truncate-" prefixes and this is something
  what template can use to instruct max length based
  on terminal width.
- Change single/multi selectors to use this feature.
- Fixes #543
