Better zk connection error handling
...
- Modifying concepts around DistributedStateMachine and
ZookeeperStateMachineEnsemble to get better handling when
zk connection is lost.
- New jepsen test showing that after a brain split machine
will get back to a consistent state.
- Polish javadocs
- Hopefully fixes #91
