cb0a0e02ed Add testing support for logging and capturing log events. 
Adds a custom, SLF4J, Logback Appender named 'TestAppender' to listen for and record log events (ILoggingEvent) in a Stack.

0b01f6b240 Implement additional Region data access operations. 
Implement Region.invalidate(key).

Implement Region.remove(key).

Re-implement Region.get(key), Region.getEntry(key) and Region.put(key) to handle invalidated keys (Region entries).

76f11970f5 Improve logic around resolving a Stack Trace (dump) for (test) tracing and debugging purposes. 
Include support for generating a universal trace identifier (UTID).

Include support to conditionally enabling and disabling tracing.

Fix incorrect usage of StackTraceElement.getClass().

Add public methods to resolve the class type and method in a StackTraceElement.

c09f1f722c Add @Before test case setup method to enable GemFire/Geode OQL query debugging. 
Add @AfterClass test class tear down method to unregister all GemFire/Geode DataSerializers.

Move integration tests support methods for creating directories, converting class and package names to resource pathnames, locating Spring application context XML configuration files, logging System properties and configuring GemFire/Geode logging from the ClientServerIntegrationTestsSupport class to the IntegrationTestsSupport class.
