Streamline async handler API
...
Added an async handler for LS requests that should not run on the same
thread as LSP4J event loop. Also streamlined method signatures for
handlers and removed useless CompletableFuture.

Merge BootJavaServerParams into BootLanguageServerParams
...
This also required the removal of duplicated SpringPropertyIndex related
classes that existed in both boot properties and boot java language servers
before.
A single BootLanguageServerParams now contains the same kind of property
index that should be able to support both uses.
