502d04d5a3 Cleanups before merging to master 
Use proper jdt.ls snapshot udate site instead of locally built one.
Re-enable test running in spring-boot language server.
Remove debug flags from vscode-spring-boot launcher.

13633746cb Ensure fallbacks kick in JDT LS 
When either JDT LS is too old, or
not available... then disbabled the JdtLsProjectCache so that maven / gradle will be used instead.

68bb25d673 Add boot-java.hints.on config key back 
The information about this config key was lost
from vscode-boot-java in the merge to vscode
spring-boot.

328607f531 Streamline async handler API 
Added an async handler for LS requests that should not run on the same
thread as LSP4J event loop. Also streamlined method signatures for
handlers and removed useless CompletableFuture.

d8e7ce177b Name wording: Tools instead of Support 
Of course, it is for authors to name their creation.

Nevertheless, there are now 2 VSCode extension with name "Spring Boot Support".  
And also current published version is the same version number as previous obsolete: 0.1.4  
That make confusion.

Also Tools is used in https://spring.io/tools4
and has been unique word on Eclipse marketplace.

Remove obsolete vscode-boot-java, vscode-boot-properties and 
replace with vscode-spring-boot

WARNING: the update pack should not be published yet until 
vscode-spring-boot is released to the marketplace.

It pops up a message on activation advising user to uninstall it and
install vscode-spring-boot instead.

e1fd0cec63 Replace vscode-boot-properties with a dummy extension that shows a warning 
The warning informs the user the extension is obsolete and to install
vscode-spring-boot instead.
