Kris De Volder 53af53ed16 Change timeout composition on JDTLSProjectCache init

... so now the timeout is measured from the time that
the server is being initialized through LSP protocol
rather than from the time when the server beans are
being created and autowired.

headless services

The main parts of the tooling for Spring Boot apps are implemented as headless services, running in separate processes. Those services can be consumed in existing IDEs by using the Language Server Protocol from Visual Studio Code.
