6e36eb10b0 URL Cleanup 
This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

d67e4d40fb Support AppRole authentication. 
We now support AppRole authentication. This authentication method uses a provided RoleId and optionally SecretId to authenticate against Vault.

Fixes gh-7.
