4b179e84e3 SWS-894 - Introduce interface to offer WebServiceConnection headers 
* Created an interface to mark where request and response headers may be accessed
* Updated related classes to use the interface, and in turn, update method visibility
* There are sets of classes aimed at requests and another at repsonses. Have interfaces to serve both, for symmetry.

7d64bebd19 Converted spaces to tabs

ded1efd456 Correctly set HTTP status code on SOAP 1.2 fault 
SOAP v1.2 specifies that for SOAP Fault's with Code of "env:Sender" the
HTTP response status code should be 400 (rather than 500 for all other
faults). This commit changes both client and server-side to reflect
this.

3522effaea Upgraded to Spring 4.0.3 and XMLUnit 1.5 
Upgraded to XMLUnit 1.5, which broke some tests in SWS as well as SPR.
Spring 4.0.3 fixed those, so upgraded to that as well.

3571d6dfe8 Return null URI for null Destination

843ca6d2ef Migrated to Gradle build 
This commit migrates from a Maven-based build system to a Gradle-based
one. Changes include:

- Removed archetype & parent
- Renamed core, support, test, security and xml directories to
  spring-ws-core, spring-ws-test, spring-ws-security, spring-xml
  respectively.
- Moved samples to separate project
  (https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-ws-samples)
