Philippe Marschall 35f3fb9102 SWS-919 Remove unused code ...

The project contains some code that can never be executed and can be
removed safely.

This change removes:

 * XwsSecurityInterceptor#verifyInboundMessage
 * DaoX509AuthoritiesPopulator#logger
