5c0ce434f2 URL Cleanup (#85) 
This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

bad74d9447 Remove spring-boot-test from dependencies 
It adds too much stuff to the application classpath so the groovy
classloader cannot load spring-boot classes properly from the
"grabbed" classpath.
