e1590d20c2 URL Cleanup 
This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

7f713e0d59 Add git.uri option. 
spring cloud --git-uri=http://mygit/myrepo.git configserver

Above command option changes configserver to use the git profile with the configured git url.
