709df3e291 Unescaping any json body entries 
without this change we're escaping the json body response and then wiremock is escaping it again
with this change we're unescaping the first json body escaping so that wiremock applies it only once

51a35ce6b7 Use wiremock-standalone instead of the ambient server 
The standalone jar is in much better shape now, and relocates all the
dependencies, like guava and jetty, so it's safe to use in a Spring
Boot project with Tomcat or a different version of jetty.

Fixes gh-397

d3f6ad90a8 Add a fault injector if server is jetty or tomcat 
Tomcat sends a slightly different reponse and the client sees it
differently in the malformed chunk scenario. It would be good to have
the same features for Undertow.

See gh-270.

235281ce9f Add @AutoConfigureHttpClient for SSL validation error handling 
For tests only users can add this annotation to make the rest template
in their app ignore SSL validation.
