we are installing artifacts twice. With Maven and Gradle then. We need to change that. fixes #62

Run [source=groovy] -------- ./gradlew clean build -------- or -------- ./mvnw clean package -------- To - build the app - use spring-cloud-contract-stub-runner-spring[Stub Runner Spring] to download the stub of `Http Server` - run the tests against stubbed server
