4d9cdb9750 GH-238 Added initial support for RoutingFunction 
- Added initial implementation of RoutingFunction which is bootstrapped optionally based on setting ‘spring.cloud.function.routing.enabled’ property to true.
- Added initial documentation and tests

589e451d14 GH-247 Added spring.cloud.function.definition property 
Added spring.cloud.function.definition property which is used by FunctionRegistry as a supplement instruction to resolve nameless lookups.
It is used by web module to map single or multiple (composed) functions to the root path (/)

4c9627aee3 Fix Build and upgrade fully to Boot 2.0 
Some tests still ignored.

Also adds draft functional bean registration support. The AWS sample
is using that now (it starts up 4x faster in AWS). To activate the
functional beans user has to supply a main class of type
ApplicationContextInitializer.

fb04324ac9 Factor out a new strategy for wrapper type detection 
Using this strategy libraries could be developed for supporting
Flux-like libraries (e.g. kstreams) that are not actually
reactive streams implementations.

c6736f959b Add a sample app with just beans that are Functions 
Make it deployable via its maven coordinates in
spring-cloud-function-deployer (it is deployed by default on start
up right now, but that's just a demo)
