gh-2846 Migrated all the Junit 4 test cases to Junit 5 (#2847)

* gh-2846 Migrated all the Junit 4 test cases to Junit 5

Removed the dependency on Junit vintage engine.

* Added junit platform engine dependency and replace junit 4 imports
