a9b1229a70 URL Cleanup (#369) 
This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

9f02f7e753 Add integration tests 
These tests are small Spring Cloud Kubernetes application that are
deployed inside a Kubernetes cluster launched with microk8s.
The deployment of the applications is done with the Fabric8 Maven Plugin
