* Refactor FiltersEndpoint
- Extend from AbstractEndpoint and simplify code
- Move tests classes into package endpoint
- Remove usage of Lombok
* Conditionally enable Zuul routes and filters endpoints
* Provide FilterRegistry to FiltersEndpoint via constructor
