* Explicitly state that `StreamSleuthAutoConfiguration` should
execute before `TraceAutoConfiguration`;
* Also ensure that `ChannelsEndpointAutoConfiguration` is configured
after `StreamSleuthAutoConfiguration` to ensure that the bound
