Introduced a "shared" field in Span ( #698 )
...
whenever:
- a span or trace id get generated when a request / message arrives
- child span is created
we set the field to false
whenever we find ids in the incoming request / message we set the field to true
fixes #696

Moved zipkin load balancing to runtime
...
without this change we resolved the Zipkin URL only at startup
with this change whenever we are to send a span to Zipkin we will try to resolve the URL via Discovery Client (if applicable)

Added the ErrorParser interface
...
without this change there's no way to alter the exception message that gets attached as a tag to the span
with this change you can register your own ErrorParser bean to alter that behaviour

Changed a single adjuster to a list of them
...
with this change we're injecting a list of adjusters instead of a single one. That way you don't have to create a composite version
of adjusters.

Moved an executor aspect to a bean post processor
...
without this change when an executor implementation was a final class or had a final method - the application wouldn't start or would produce NPE at startup.
with this change we have a custom bean post processor that wraps an aspect manualy either via a JDK Proxy when a class is final or a method is final or creates a CGLIB proxy if that's possible.
