Adrian Cole	87ff492f2d	Updates to latest zipkin/brave ... Zipkin now has Span.timestamp/duration, so no more need for "aquire/release". This also corrects the host/endpoint logged for timeline annotations, as it should always be the local process.	2015-11-19 11:16:59 -08:00
