Soby Chacko 2fe7cf58c1 Initial take on removing StreamListener ...

StreamListener was deprecated in 3.0.x.

This commit is the initial one in removing StreamListener and
it's related components completely in 4.0.x.

More tests need to be adjusted and migrated which will be addressed
in later commits.
