Updated TaskLauncherSink to be able to use SCST 2.0

Browse Source 
* Updated tests
 - to handle additional cases
 - removed `now` invalid tests
* removed logging payload from the TaskLauncher
* handles message instead TaskLaunchRequestPOJO

resolves #385
