93156fdabc Added documentation for the Single Step Batch Job Starter 
This commit does two things:

1. Adds documentation to the reference documentation for the single step
batch job starter.
2. It standardizes the naming of the properties across the various
readers/writers the autoconfiguration provides.

1913e1e7f9 Added missing @EnableTask annotation 
Following the documentation (using Spring Boot 2.3.0 and Spring Cloud Hoxton.SR5) does not yield the described output if that annotation is missing. I saw it being used in several videos of M. Minella, so I think it is a glitch.
Adding the annotation to my code showed the log output where `TaskExecution` is created and updated in the repository. Without the annotation that does not show (and probably does not happen either).

0c53ba812a Modernizing the documentation 
I made this project match the other Spring projects for documentation by pulling in spring-doc-resources and using those resources to create the dynamic ToC and our new styles.
