57e9d4dcae Refactored dependency management 
Created a Spring Boot starter that can be used to configure Spring Cloud
Task and it's related functionality.

Updates per code review

Removed autowiring of app context

Refactored DeployerPartitionHandler to correctly use environment variables

Exposed deployment properties of TaskLauncher

Exposed deployment properties via the TaskLaunchRequest

Updated based on code review

30fe0602d0 Update dependencies to latest

5b72400b06 Remove binder dependency from spring-cloud-task-stream 
- Spring Cloud Task Stream shouldn't depend on a specific binder implementation; hence removing redis binder from dependencies
   - The binder dependency needs to come from the task application
 - Also removed few other unwanted dependencies

This resolves #120

Added spring-cloud-task-core back as a dependency.

This will be needed when https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-task/pull/117 is merged.
