Exclude `IpHeaders.LOCAL_ADDRESS` from TCP source output as it
causes issues with message conversion downstream.

Update SCSt/Spring-Cloud to the latest snapshots.

* Refactor `TcpSupplierConfiguration` for better readability and
current state of requirements for Spring libraries configuration
