Include support for a new <springProfile> element which can be used in
`logback-spring.xml` files to selectively enable or disable parts of the
configuration. For example:

	<configuration>
		...
		<springProfile name="staging">
			<logger name="sample.logback" level="TRACE" />
		</springProfile>
		...
	</configuration>
