Remove `cancelled()` condition from the `BlockingQueueConsumer.commitIfNecessary()` to allow initiated acks to be committed.
The cancelled consumer means no new deliveries, but that does not mean we cannot ack outstanding messages.
Actually, this is a leftover after previous fix with assumption that messages have to be returned to the queue with `Recovery` command when consumer is cancelled.

The `AbstractJackson2MessageConverter.doFromMessage()` falls back to the default encoding
when no encoding in the message properties.
However, that should be handled as `objectMapper.readValue(byte[])` when no `supportedCTCharset` and `charsetIsUtf8`,
 not converted to String before with that default encoding.

5480b2b215 GH-3055: Fix DirectMLContainer for taskScheduler.shutdown()

The internal `DirectMessageListenerContainer.taskScheduler` is not destroyed
when application context is closed.
The current `doStop()` implementation is only called from `Lifecycle.stop()`.
However, the application context calls the `SmartLifecycle.stop(Runnable)`.
That one, in turn, in the `AbstractMessageListenerContainer` calls a `shutdown()`,
which does not clean up `taskScheduler` in the `DirectMessageListenerContainer`
implementation.
In fact, this `shutdown()` is called from other volatile places in the `DirectMessageListenerContainer`,
where assumption is that `taskScheduler` is active.
Therefore, we cannot move `doStop()` extension into the `actualShutDown()` implementation.

* Extract `cleanUpTaskScheduler()` method in the `DirectMessageListenerContainer`
and call it from existing `doStop()`, from overridden `stop(Runnable)` and `destroy()`

5f268283de GH-3039: Move Recovery in BlockingQueueConsumer into stop()

Currently, the `BlockingQueueConsumer` initiates a Basic Recovery command on the
channel for transactional consumer immediately after Basic Cancel.
However, it is possible still to try to handle in-flight messages during `shutdownTimeout`
in the listener container

* Leave only Basic Cancel command in the `BlockingQueueConsumer.basicCancel()` API
* Revert `BlockingQueueConsumer.nextMessage(timeout)` method logic to normal loop
until message pulled from the in-memory cache is `null`
* Call `basicCancel(true)` from the `stop()` is not cancelled yet
* Perform `channel.basicRecover()` for transactional channel in the `stop()`.
This `stop()` is usually called from the listener container when in-flight messages
have not been processed during `shutdownTimeout`

cf76e9d64d GH-3006: Read x-death count in a safer way 
Fixes: #3006

We had an issue in our system trying to consume a message from RabbitMQ that contained an `x-death` header, with count value typed as `Integer`.
This caused a `ClassCastException`.
The reason the count value was an int and not a long is that we were storing headers in an internal database as part of a recovery process, and the typing was slightly changed during serialisation / deserialisation.

* Use  `target.setRetryCount(numberValue.longValue());` in the `DefaultMessagePropertiesConverter` instead of cast to `long`

7f2315eacb GH-3005: Fix SimpleMLC.killOrRestart for closed AC

The `SimpleMessageListenerContainer$AsyncMessageProcessingConsumer.killOrRestart()`
is also called during application context shutdown.
At this moment we cannot emit events into an application context.
Otherwise, it fails with:
```
Exception in thread "rabbitListenerExecutor1" org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationNotAllowedException: Error creating bean with name 'refreshEventListener': Singleton bean creation not allowed while singletons of this factory are in destruction (Do not request a bean from a BeanFactory in a destroy method implementation!)
```

* Introduce `ObservableListenerContainer.isApplicationContextClosed()`
and call it as additional condition in the `SimpleMessageListenerContainer$AsyncMessageProcessingConsumer.killOrRestart()`
before trying to emit `AsyncConsumerStoppedEvent`

The fix for `3.1.x` requires a slightly different approach via `ContextClosedEvent`
