Edit documentation on building Spring Boot, Apache Geode Manager applications to optionally include Pulse.
Add org.apache.geode:geode-pulse as a dependency in the documentation for users who want to automatically start the Apache Geode Pulse (Web) application embedded within the Manager configured and bootstrappedw with Spring Boot. Resolves gh-107. Resolves gh-108.
