Ensure meta-data file exists for spring-boot jar

Rename 'additional-spring-configuration-metadata.json' to
'spring-configuration-metadata.json' and drop the annotation processor.

The project has no @ConfigurationProperties defined so the annotation
processor didn't kick in.
