DATACMNS-710 - Replace ObjectInstantiatorClassGenerator
Deprecate ObjectInstantiatorClassGenerator and provide a replacement ClassGeneratingEntityInstantiator which doesn't retain a reference to the context class loader. Original pull request: #128.
