DATAJPA-1282 - Migrate to native APT execution.

We now use the Compiler plugin to invoke APT-based code generation with Querydsl, JPA Metamodel and Project Lombok. This allows us to remove apt-maven-plugin that interferes with newer Maven Compiler plugin versions.
