DATAJPA-1398 - Upgrade to Hibernate 5.2.17.

Upgraded to Hibernate 5.2.17 and the 5.2 snapshot build profile to 5.2.18. Upgraded Hibernate 5.3 build profile to 5.3.4. Couldn't update the profile for 5.3 snapshots as apparently there are no 5.3.5 snapshots available currently. Added build profiles for Hibernate 5.4 snapshots.
