Revisit HttpHeadersAssert after HttpHeaders API changes
- add various assertions to HttpHeadersAssert - improve assertion test coverage - remove niche size assertions Closes gh-34168 Co-authored-by: Stephane Nicoll <stephane.nicoll@broadcom.com>
