Oliver Gierke bbb75885d5 #342 - Polishing.

Extracted exception message into a constant. Added author where necessary and extended copyright headers. Fixed import order. Moved unit test into ControllerLinkBuilderUnitTest. Tweaked it to use JUnit rule.

Spring Hateoas

This project provides some APIs to ease creating REST representations that follow the HATEOAS principle when working with Spring and especially Spring MVC. The core problem it tries to address is link creation and representation assembly.
