INT-2167 Code Polishing

Missing braces.

Add private constructors to utility classes.

Remove unnecessary logger overrides.

Remove unnecessary null check.

Remove redundant 'implements BeanNameAware'.

Improve Synchronization in UDP.

Removed Unused Obsolete Constants
