- refactored AbstractDispatcher to use Queue instead of Set
- added AbstractSendOnceDispatcher (for DirectChannel parametrization)
- refactored DirectChannel to use LoadBalancing Dispatcher by default
- renamed SimpleDispatcher to FailOverDispatcher
