Mark Fisher 35b098b164 Added 'queueCapacity' and 'keepAliveSeconds' properties to ConcurrencyPolicy. Refactored DefaultMessageEndpoint and ConcurrentHandler to delegate to ConcurrencyPolicy and avoid duplication of concurrency properties. Added namespace support for 'dispatcher-policy' as a sub-element of 'channel', and also added namespace support for the new concurrency properties.
