Added getContext(principal, credentials) method to ContextSource to enable explicit authentication.
...
Refactored AbstractContextSource to enable the new method and so that DirContextAuthenticationStrategy does not interfere with anonymous contexts.
Changed defaults in integraion-tests-openldap to target server spring-ldap-test.dyndns.org and use TLS.

Changed some artifactIds: root is now spring-ldap, core is now spring-ldap-core, tiger is now spring-ldap-core-tiger.
Added samples to build structure, but under own profile (-P samples).

ApacheDS 1.0.2 has the following schemas installed by default:

[CoreSchema, InetorgpersonSchema, CollectiveSchema, SystemSchema, ApacheSchema, JavaSchema, CosineSchema]
In order to be able to add extra schemas, this change in the test utils was made. Currently, only NisSchema is added, but others can be added by changing the TestContextSourceFactoryBean.

Fix for LDAP-109, LDAP-50: the dreaded CompositeName backslash problem.

Now ignore CompositeName#toString() altogether, as this will screw things up anyway. Use
CompositeName#get(0) instead (it will create a CompositeName with one entry.
