John Blum 39ff983567 Refactor all Spring Session, Apache Geode Samples using Spring Boot to switch from Thymeleaf to FreeMarker. 
Convert Thymelead templates to FreeMarker templates.

Remove the use of WebJars.

Refactor all Sample application code.
