d6b6de47c3 Try to fix build issues around snakeyaml version 
- 1.25 snapshot no longer available
- spring boot 2.2.6 adopted snakeyaml 1.25-release

=> so we should just be able to use boot managed dependency now
and no longer need the dependency override.
