3bb0ac5121 Use XMLUnit 2 for RequestMatcher and ResponseMatcher. 
Implement newer versions of PayloadDiffMatcher and SoapEnvelopematcher based on XMLUnit 2. Deprecate the prior versions of these supporting types so they can be removed in a future release. XMLUnit 2 eases the testing of MockWebServiceServer.

7d50f0f9bc Introduce Spring WS BOM. 
The Spring WS BOM itself uses the flatten-maven-plugin to produce a POM file simplified for community consumption. The same plugin is ready to go for the other modules. But given the risk of breaking existing users, it will not be applied until Spring WS 4.1 is released (#1307).

3d10ef61a2 Migrate to Glassfish JAXB. 
Glassfish is the community-adopted implementation for JAXB, so Spring Web Services is changing coordinates to match.

59db544a01 Migrate toward using Github releases. 
Updated README procedures for doing a release. Capture output from ChangeLogCreator and use it in the release notes instead of maintaining a local changelog.txt.
